Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
ClubHuntBoard is operated by Jeffrey Brian Wallace, trading as CBP / ClubHuntBoard ("ClubHuntBoard", "we", "us"). These Terms form an agreement between you and Jeffrey Brian Wallace.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. What ClubHuntBoard is
ClubHuntBoard is a web application for hunt clubs: a stand and property sign-in board, weather and wind reports, a harvest log with a season leaderboard, work days and to-do lists, club rules, a photo gallery, and a club message board. One administrator manages the member roster; members sign in with a personal PIN. Plans are priced by member count; properties and stands are unlimited on every plan.
3. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a club, signing in as a member, or continuing to use ClubHuntBoard, you agree to these Terms. If you are using ClubHuntBoard on behalf of a hunt club or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Accounts, credentials and member data
The club administrator adds members to the roster and is responsible for doing so accurately. Each member chooses a personal PIN on first sign-in and must keep it confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your club's member names and PINs. If a PIN is compromised, contact your club administrator to reset it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse ClubHuntBoard. Specifically, you must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, including violating hunting laws or trespassing on property you do not have permission to hunt;
- commit fraud, spam members, or misrepresent your identity;
- infringe our intellectual property or that of others;
- interfere with the security of the service — attempting to probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or introduce malware;
- resell or redistribute access to the service outside your own club;
- circumvent plan member limits or technical restrictions of the service.
6. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ClubHuntBoard within the plan you selected, for your own hunt club only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the service or its software, documentation, or branding.
7. Club content
You keep ownership of the content your club posts: photos, harvest records, messages, and rules. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, and for making sure it is appropriate to share with your club.
8. Subscription terms, payments and refunds
Plans are billed monthly or yearly and include a 10-day free trial — no card is charged until the trial ends. Adding members beyond your plan's limit requires an upgrade.
Payments, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
9. Service level
ClubHuntBoard is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that weather and wind data will always be accurate — always verify conditions yourself before heading to a stand. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Hunting is an inherently risky activity. ClubHuntBoard is a communication and record-keeping tool; it is not a safety system. Nothing in the service replaces checking in with your club in person, knowing your property boundaries, or following hunting safety rules.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to ClubHuntBoard for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. Your club administrator can remove members at any time.
If your subscription ends, we keep your club's data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it. Photos and records are exportable on request during that window.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that limit is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content your club uploads, unlawful use of the service, or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
13. Changes to these terms and to the service
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may also add, change, or remove features; if we remove something a paid plan depends on, we will give reasonable notice.
